The Saint Florent from adidas reminds us very much of the adidas Korsika, an 80s leisure shoe from adidas's much loved Island series. The leather is dangerously plush, the sole is spongey, and they look like something a Peter Falk-type might wear in some film about a jaded, world-weary private detective skulking the streets of New York circa 1973. In other words, pretty close to perfect.
